fofix - issue #1246

fofix crashes at startup with Illegal instruction output

Posted on Jan 15, 2011 by Grumpy Dog

As reported on http://bugs.debian.org/602986 by Brent <webe3vt@aim.com> (I can't reproduce it myself so please contact Brent directly if you need crash logs or further information - please Cc 602986@bugs.debian.org, though)

When I run fofix, it creates a black window to run in and then crashes saying Illegal instruction.

When I run it in a debugger, it is blowing up on line 261 in the function scale in Svg.py:

self.matrix = dot(self.matrix, m)

So, I don't know if it is a fofix problem or python-numpy problem.

I have reinstalled fofix and python-numpy and it doesn't help.
