What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Add a new directory to the Song Collection on Linux

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Aborts, Pango error is displayed. Pango/GTK doesn't seem to like it when you update labels within a loop. Removing the label updates causes it not to crash. Maybe change to uneditable textcrtl's?
