Excessive resizing of flash - prior to load of content

What steps will reproduce the problem?

In normal operation, SVG Web is resizing the flash object before the xml content is actually loaded, leading to unnecessary resizing because there can be an additional resize when the content is loaded. Might as well wait for the content to load and do the resize then.
