What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. use a browser where no Flash plugin is present
2. force Flash on the latest SVG Web
3. you will get "Flash 9+ or a different browser required"

What is the expected output?

SVG Web now requires Flash 10

What version of the product are you using?

r1238

It would be nice if version 9 of the plugin could be detected as well and would throw a similar warning when version 10 is needed.
