I've used bunjallo many times, and this happened three times already. It's not just limited to the TTMENU file, it sometimes deletes other files on the SD Card. I've had this happen two times on one of my SD cards and another time on another.

Can you try turning off the "Clear cache at start" option? That's the only place that I remove files, I think. If that works, then there could well be a bug somewhere that is causing the random deletion (ouch)

Do any other homebrew games or apps cause file loss like this? DLDI can be somewhat buggy and the behaviour is better/worse depending on the cartridge make and the type of SD card used. On my EZ Flash 5, for example, I haven't had any problems like this apart from the "usual" card corruption which seems to be a normal homebrew hazard...
