I'm not sure how to reproduce this, but it happened after I downloaded an eboot of Final Fantasy IX and deleted an ISO to make room for it.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I run the CFW, either through the FastRecovery or through the updater. My PSP still freezes in under five seconds no matter how I run it.
I have a custom Persona 3 Portable theme installed through CXMB, which does not appear, only the default XMB theme.
I can't run an ISO either, it freezes as I start it up.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Version: 6.60 Pro-B10 firmware Operating System: PSP BRITE 3000 (04g) (God of War Limited Edition)

Posted on Oct 28, 2013 by Quick BirdI just got Pro-C2 and tried installing that. (I did uninstall Pro-B before I moved the Pro-C files to my PSP.) But I still got the same result.

Posted on Oct 28, 2013 by Quick BirdI put Pro-B10 back on and deleted my seplugins folder (backed up my cheatdb from cwcheat and mp3play) and now it's working perfectly, so please disregard this.
