What is the expected output? What do you see instead? i expect it to start with CFW loaded in stead psp crashes and shuts down

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 6.60PRO-B10 on 6.60 OFW

B10 is outdated. Try PRO-C. Make sure your trying to install the update for UMD models and not the one for PSP GO. PRO CFW might crash if you installs some other CFW before and didn't uninstall it properly.
