Yeah there have been multiple reports about this one (including here) just stick with 6.60 PRO-C Fix 3 "PRO-C2" isn't worth it.

Loading Saga Frontier on PRO Nightly (from last week) on a PSP 2003, the game loads, the health screen comes up, then it goes black, and nothing else happens.
