Did you disable all the plugins before trying to launch your games ?

One is if your using cheat prx disable it may fix problem Two if that is not the case then goto recovery menu advance use iso Cache disable that Three if none of that works backup MS and do a format of MS and put your stuff back That code is Memory allocation error from what I could find out so if none of the above help then maybe your psp is damaged.

God Eater Burst works, but Birth By Sleep FINAL MIX, and Phantom Brave still won't work.

try reformatting your MS and try using TempAR, instead of CWCheat

Completed Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, Played Phantom Brave the Hermuda Triangle without issues.
