In getting the doc to build again, there is one remaining issue with the cover page of all three manuals in PDF format (CHM doesn't have this problem). The information we want to appear does not appear on the cover page.

I have (temporarily) patched the tutorial to not use a custom cover page, so it uses the one defined in the standard stylesheet we import in ours.
