Supress and Load out-of-date deck files

Decks that have cards that are not in the current DB will not load into the deck editor. Could we have an override that loads the existing cards without the out-of-date ones?

Example: add Breach of Etiquette to a deck, and then change to and SE-only DB. the deck will fail when loading to the editor.

Reason for addition or change: Playtest CE database issues

What version of EoPK are you currently using? 0.9.03
