Attachment checklist in the options dialog is too small

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open the options dialog in EoPK 2. Go to the third Tab 3. The card type attachment checklist is only a single row high.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? This should show a few options, with a scroll bar.

The third tab is "Playfield"

Fixed with r34

changed the "weight" in the sizer add()'s from 0 to 1
