Wars at times aren't displayed on the log

Sequence of events: Playing a custom game(half the nodes, sight radius of 141). Spotted a cult with a generator node, nothing else I saw, and knew that an investigator had been working on that cult. After checking the cult information and realizing that the node I saw was the last one available, I decided to save it from the investigator by taking it over myself.

Issue: After doing so, the log did not report my initiation of a war or the fact that the investigator left. The only message was the standard "... has been destroyed, forgotten by time" one. The cult information page shows an investigator timeout.

Priority: Very low, but I thought it better to submit it than to let it exist silently.
