On 4.0, I've seen BTstack GPS to keep running after you disconnecting. Please try to kill BTstack GPS with the task switcher before turning on Apple's Bluetooth on. Does this help?

Posted on Sep 15, 2010 by Swift OxApple's Bluetooth only support Bluetooth Headsets and Keyboards at the moment.
BTstack allows you turn Apple Bluetooth off and provides an alternative Bluetooth stack. BTstack GPS allows to use an external Blueotooth GPS for use in navigation apps. I'm working on a new product called "Celeste" that will allow to transfer files from/to iOS devices, we hope to release this month.
