Posted on Jan 2, 2014 by Happy BirdDoes not work on iPad Air on iOS 7.0.3. BTstack shows up in the settings view as an app but displays "There was an error loading the preference bundle for BTstack"
when using Blutrol to look for Ps3 controller it returns "Bluetooth not available" consensus is this is due to BTstack error
any progress on this issue would be greatly appreciated :) thanks in advance

Posted on Jan 3, 2014 by Swift OxNo update yet. I'm also pretty much busy during January. I plan to work on BTstack and my other projects end of January.
If someone figures out why BTstack gets stuck on arm64 devices and provides a fix, I'm happy to release an update earlier.
Most of my extensions wouldn't work even with a fixed BTstack (e.g. Blutrol and BTC Mouse cannot simulate touches, GPS and WeBe++ have a broken pairing dialog, etc..)

Posted on Jan 4, 2014 by Massive ElephantMatthias,
I have installed the btstack version from Cydia and replaced all armv7 binaries with arm64 ones (built from latest SVN source). Now the preference screen in the settings app works but btstack still won't work. I see there is some magic going on with the PatchBlueTool binary, but on my device it reports 0 changes (which probably isn't a good sign). Good news is logging seems to work and I managed to get some info in the hci_dump file (attached to this post). Starting and stopping the BTdaemon binary from the command line gives me the following output:
BTdaemon started
read prefs for 0 devices
config.h: HAVE_RFCOMM
L2CAP_REGISTER_SERVICE psm 0x1 mtu 65535 L2CAP_EVENT_SERVICE_REGISTERED status 0x0 psm 0x1 launch_msg("CheckIn") IPC failure: 1 ^C <= SIGINT received, shutting down..
hci_power_control: 0, current mode 0
BTSTACK_EVENT_STATE 0 New state: 0
2014-01-04 02:13:07.242 BTdaemon[462:507] Bluetooth status: OFF hci_power_control: 0, current mode 0
BTSTACK_EVENT_STATE 0 New state: 0
2014-01-04 02:13:07.249 BTdaemon[462:507] Bluetooth status: OFF Good bye, see you.
I feel I'm kind of on the right track here, but currently I don't know how to proceed to fix this. I'd be happy to spend some more time to get this working if you could maybe give me a few tips on how to proceed.

I'm currently trying to figure it out as well, but you seem to have gotten further than I have.
Maybe if you could post more details of what you've done, me and others could try out different approaches that could eventually lead us in the right direction to fixing this.
Thank you for the information so far, let's hope we can figure this out in a group effort.

Posted on Jan 4, 2014 by Swift OxHI there.
I've had a few hours to look into this. First, I tried using Ryan Petrichs's theos fork that includes his new "lipoplastic" feature to build fat binaries. After that, and Preferences loading again, I looked into the issue with Bluetooth module initialization. It turns out that Apple changed their "magic" options values to configure the baud rate and such. I've committed a fix and BTstack happily starts up again.
Here's a beta of it: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/5138628/ch.ringwald.btstack_0.8-1_iphoneos-arm.deb
I still have to compile SpringBoardAccess for 64 bit, but that's a different issue and not severe.

I hope I did it right. Otherwise it works great. Thanks.

@turntablez123: well, you get a hci_dump.pklg, which means BTstack is working. In the log, there's a connection to a wii mote establish and many reports are received. so, it's not an iOS 7 + ARM 64 problem :)

ipad air Evasione 704 - BTstack beta (wiimote is ok since, great job ^ ^) mac mouse connects well, witness twinning: ok -> No point appears, nowhere ... Never mind, I do a test cross with iphone must hang there.
iphone 4 704 gsm Evasione - BTstack found on cydia (no access problem in bluetooth module): mac mouse connects well, witness twinning: ok -> Pointer appeared black in the top left, 5 seconds, no more apple and rebooted .. ok I push the boot but again connected, the mouse pointer does not create but the phone does not restarts this time ...
Hmmmm interesting, it does not come from the architecture 64, I think ... An idea my friends?

Posted on Jan 12, 2014 by Swift Ox@yonitanp: BTstack GPS for example consists of these parts: BTstack itself, the app that talks to the GPS, the code that checks the license, the code that makes the app run in the background indefinitely, and the code that injects GPS data into running apps. As far as I know, with the update BTstack, you can connect to a GPS and get it's data, but 1-3 of the other parts don't work yet.
BTstack Mouse & BTstack Keyboard won't be updated, but they didn't work on iOS 6 either - and there's no need for them with BTC Mouse & Trackpad, which doesn't use BTstack anymore.
Blutrol and WeBe++ will be updated, too. Celeste 2... most likely, too.

Posted on Feb 11, 2014 by Massive HippoI'd like to add my support for the request to BTC Mouse & Trackpad for iOS 7. As a developer I was pressed to update but more than anything from iOS 6 I miss this the most. Combining it with DisplayOut enables the fantastic terminal-like capability of smartphones and tablets, like what Canonical's Mark Shuttleworth wants to do with Ubuntu.
I can see that the Cydia scene needs to be reinvigorated and I want to help. With BTC, I can make guides on how to set up the terminal system, and use editors like Textastic for rapid on-device development. I'd like to pick up where the TheosTutorials leaves off, but also show how to code in C, C++, Python, etc., all on the device, with no real compromises.
I just wanted you to know how much of a difference your fantastic tweak actually makes!

Posted on Feb 12, 2014 by Happy Rhinoidem here: waiting for that update (btc mouse & trackpad), I don't get why apple doesn't allow BT mous by default.(actually i understand that it's for macbook air sales) At least on android, you don't have to pray for having a mouse. Only thing is, overall, i find that apple hardware is performing better (especially in the touchscreen area, the overall size) But no congratulation for their "all-jailed approach" Toshiba did it with their sublime excite (at270) 7.7 super amoled tablet...., but they support mouse at least. I WANT MY BTC (t-shirt) needed ? :) Or Bring back my btc to me ?

Previous Post: (See update below)
I have had to follow steps to boot my phone in "safe mode" (hold Volume up button while booting) to boot without loading Cydia tweaks. This was the only way to get out of the crash loop. Now I have gone and removed just BTC Mouse and Trackpad, and will boot again normally to see if the actual tweak was the problem, or if it was in one of the dependencies.
Specs: - iPhone 4S - iOS 7.0.6
=============
Update:
Ok I have got to the bottom of this. When I booted in "safe mode" I noticed Cydia mysteriously had 3 "updates", which turned out to be the dependencies of BTC Mouse & Trackpad. I installed them and then reinstalled BTC Mouse & Trackpad again.
This time I rebooted and I could access the touchscreen, and the boot loop was gone.
There may be an issue with the way this tweak is bundled against its dependencies, and if there is a cydia error during installation, there is a situation where a user could have BTC installed but not the dependencies, creating a condition for the springboard crash loop.
Of course, the issue could just be with Cydia itself, not sure which. Hopefully Matthias will see this and offer advice on what may have happened.

I have installed it on both my iPhone 4S (now stable) and also my iPad 3rd Gen. On the iPad 3rd Gen., it pairs with and works fine with my magic mouse. On my iPhone, however, it will not detect the magic mouse in discovery mode. I am wondering if any of the iOS reset functions (like reset network settings) might help me to pinpoint that particular issue.
My goal however is not to use my iDevices with the magic mouse (it was just around to test with), but the combo Adesso BT keyboard/trackpad, which I have two of. I will get one for testing with both devices and report my findings.

Posted on Mar 24, 2014 by Happy HorseOne more bug to report:
Suppose I pair my magic mouse and then do something that requires restarting the springboard (updating Chrome Downloader +, for example).
Then when I auto-reconnect, the device will actually be connected, but the mouse icon (arrow) will not appear. I know this is happening because I can still control the device when I click on stuff and drag, etc., also since I have had for a long time another unrelated bug on my iPad where when I touch it will show a circle beneath where I am touching. Sometimes these circles will get stuck somewhere on the screen, and I will have to respring to get rid of them.
If anyone has ever heard of these appearing touch circles (some debug thing in iOS for Apple developers that's supposed to not be in the release version?? from some other tweak??) and knows how to get rid of them, thanks for sharing any info on that.

Posted on Mar 24, 2014 by Swift OxHi Guys. Thanks for all the feedback. I'm afraid this gets chaotic. Feel free to file independent issues, if no one else did before you.
Crashes: I've tried it on iPhone 5S/7.0.4, iPod Touch 5G/7.0.4, iPad 3/7.0.4, iPad Mini/6.1.2 and iPhone 4S/6.1.2. It doesn't crash on any of them. If it crashes, I'd suspect an incompatibility with other tweaks. Please provide the crash log and the list of installed tweaks for further investigation.
No mouse pointer: please "forget device", reboot, and try again.
Not showing in Cydia: please go to Changes, tap refresh and wait until all updates are loaded
Mouse working on one device but not the other: as it's the same software on both devices, I don't think it's a problem of BTC Mouse & Trackpad
Pairing: iOS Bluetooth supports Secure Simple Pairing (Bluetooth 2.1and higher). In this case, no PIN is needed (both implicitly will use '000000' AFAIK). With some older device, pairing is confusing. Some use a '0000', some allow to connect without a PIN. BTC Mouse & Trackpad tried to alternate between pairing with authentication and pairing without.

Posted on Mar 24, 2014 by Swift Ox@reled: not sure. There's no functional change between 1.5.5 and 1.6. If you like, you can enable packet logger in the prefs, and try to pair both on the iPod 4G and your current device. Then post the file /tmp/BTServer.pklg for both so I can look for differences.

Installed BT Stack Mouse and click BTStack active under "Active Bluetooth Stack".
Closed everything. Reboot the iPad 4/Retina.
Open BT Stack Mouse again, and click iOS under "Active Bluetooth Stack". Waited 30 seconds. The iOS line was active.
Open Bluetooth and turned on my Apple Wireless Mouse. Bang! It was found and in all its glory the mouse pointer!

My son-in-law has problem using some unknown brand BT mouse. I gave him another Apple Magic Mouse and now his iPad 2; iPad Air; iPhone 5 & iPhone 5s are all seeing the mousing. He had to follow my steps for his four devices to work.
We think the key step, to make it work, is using iCleaner. iCleaner must be cleaning something that was left over or not letting the mouse to be seen by iOS 7.0.6 on all of our devices.

Posted on Mar 27, 2014 by Swift OxHi there. Here's some feedback and troubleshooting advice
Reboot loop: just cannot happen because of BTC Mouse & Trackpad
Springboard crashing into safe mode: shouldn't happen. please de-install other tweaks and try it alone. then add them back to see if one particular tweak causes this
Bluetooth crashing when connecting to Apple Magic Trackpad: this happens for me too, so it's easy for me to fix it. just wait for an update.
Mouse not showing up: reboot, then make sure Bluetooth settings shows "Extensions: BTC Mouse & Trackpad". Make your mouse is a Bluetooth mouse (not just wireless) and it is discoverable. It really should show up. If not, please try with a different mouse
Mouse doesn't pair: has been reported e.g. with Microsoft Notebook Mouse 5000. I've found one online and ordered it. will test & fix when I get it
Mouse connects but no mouse pointer: weird. please reboot and try again.

Posted on Mar 27, 2014 by Happy HorseHere's my report for 3 BT devices on 2 iOS platforms. Rebooting does not change anything for any of these, so I will now try Semi-Restore. The Adesso (which is the perfect product for BTC Mouse and Trackpad! I miss iOS 6...) is this: http://www.computershopper.com/keyboards/reviews/adesso-bluetooth-slimtouch-mini-keyboard-wkb-4000bb
- iPad 3rd Gen.
Adesso:
- asked for passkey when pairing with Adesso only on iPad screen, all of "Cancel", "Pair" with blank field, "Pair" with 0000 reset the BT search
- could not pair keyboard part or trackpad part
Magic Mouse:
- connects
Magic Trackpad:
- Crashes Bluetooth, will get stuck in loop where Bluetooth resets, trackpad connects and works very briefly (with no mouse cursor visible), then crashes again
- iPhone 4S:
Adesso:
- only connects to keyboard part, trackpad part is not detected for pairing passcode typing request
Magic Mouse:
- doesn't detect
Magic Trackpad:
- doesn't detect
Comment #148
Posted on Mar 27, 2014 by Happy Horseby "passkey", I mean a dialogue on the iPad where you are expected to type numbers but you don't know what they're supposed to be (no other dialogue to show numbers to type, and typing from the Adesso keyboard doesn't work yet)

Posted on Mar 27, 2014 by Happy HorseAnother update: the iPad gets the following results after using Semi-Restore:
Adesso:
- only connects to keyboard part, trackpad part is not detected for additional pair/cancel dialogue box
Magic Mouse:
- doesn't detect
Magic Trackpad:
- says it's connected but no cursor and no effects from clicking.
I do not think Semi-Restore will fix the issues for iPhone either so I will not test iPhone after using S-R. Hopefully we can get the same level of functionality we had in iOS 6!

@kieran.coulter: the Magic Trackpad really crashes on iOS 7. I've already fixed the crash, but now it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Will have to spend some more time testing. The Magic Mouse should work, it does for me. The trackpad of my eLive works. Test your Adesso again, once the Magic Mouse works.

Posted on Mar 28, 2014 by Happy HorseHi Matthias. Thanks for your reply. I should describe in detail the behaviour for the Adesso I'm expecting, the one that allowed me to use both the trackpad and the keyboard functionality from it simultaneously.
On iOS 6, two pairing requests would appear when connecting the Adesso, which I assume was one for the trackpad part, and one for the keyboard part. The trackpad dialogue was modal on top of the keyboard dialogue, so I would just click "Pair", and then for the keyboard dialogue I would type the 6-number code and hit enter to have everything working.
In iOS 7, I only get the keyboard dialogue appearing, the trackpad seems to be ignored.
As an aside, I was testing the magic trackpad and mouse only to help with testing, I'm not so much interested in having those devices working with my iPad. I'd really like to have the Adesso working (trackpad and keyboard together), so that I can use it with DisplayOut, and then start to make tutorials to show how to set up Theos on an iDevice so more people will hopefully contribute to the Cydia scene (which I worry is dying a bit).
I am a Cydia tweak maker as well so I am happy to help someone who is making one of the best tweaks out there! I've attached the pklg file for the configuration I want to get working the most (iPad + Adesso)

Posted on Mar 29, 2014 by Happy HorseOne more small update (I want to be as helpful as possible because this and DisplayOut are by far my favourite tweaks from Cydia!):
I was able to get Magic Mouse and keyboard part of Adesso working concurrently by following the steps in #137. There may be some conflict with the other app called AirBlue, not sure about that.
Who else had AirBlue installed when they tried and it didn't work? Does it not work with AirBlue, then try #137 steps, add just AirBlue and test again, then again without? I wish I could test more but I really needed to get some working combination for what I had to do myself (another tweak).
Anyway I am happy to help with any other testing - I have another Mattias keyboard with On/Off BT functionality so that can help to test if connected keyboard devices can switch to disconnected and back and reconnect quickly and easily. With Magic Mouse reconnecting seems great and easy. If your device locks you can just unlock and click the mouse and it's back again. My Adesso takes a bit longer to start responding but reconnects pretty well too.
I know the dual BT request the Adesso combo keyboard/trackpad makes is probably the most complex case. I was seriously so impressed the first time I saw it work on iOS 6.
Great work Matthias! I'll post links for my tutorials, in the meantime if anyone else comes here using it for coding, then I recommend Textastic, and setting up path shortcuts in MobileTerminal. There's already one Theos Tutorial that is pretty good. You can also do C, C++, Python, Ruby, and Perl directly on the device if you want.

Posted on Mar 29, 2014 by Happy HorseI wish it was possible to edit comments! Sorry for spamming. I am done here as somehow as I was readding in my other Cydia tweaks I always use, the trackpad on the Adesso started to work. I wish I would have time to help pinpoint the exact combination of things that allowed everything to work. I think #137 was the most important - build up for tweaks starting from scratch with this one first, I think especially other previous BT apps will cause a conflict. I installed BT stack mouse as well even though I didn't use it (not changing to the other stack), but maybe it helped somehow.
Also maybe a couple of resprings/reboots is somehow helping the internals get sorted out.
Going to try one more time to get the same setup going for my iPhone too, and will put one more post to hopefully confirm it worked, and a list of very specific steps.

Posted on Mar 29, 2014 by Happy HorseOk I repeated the same steps for my iPhone and it works. So really I think most people are dealing with inconsistent states in their phone or Ipad involving other tweaks that conflict, left-over files, etc. Starting from a blank slate is the best.
I recommend people try semi-restore on Windows that will really help make sure you are starting from scratch. You can do an iTunes backup just before, do semi-restore, and do restore from iTunes, and all the Cydia stuff will be reset while the regular stuff is back as normal.
Also InfiniDock will definitely conflict so I am giving it up even though I purchased it. BTC Mouse/Trackpad is way more valuable!

Posted on Mar 29, 2014 by Happy HorseI've finally found a pattern in the disappearing mouse icon. Whenever you install a new tweak that requires respringing, after respring the mouse pointer will be gone. Simply reboot to get it back again. I thought it was a conflict with another tweak or two but I don't think that's the case anymore (although it might still be the case for getting it working at the beginning).
Posted on Mar 29, 2014 by Happy HorseOk so there is an issue with losing a pairing (not temporarily, I mean when you pair to another device), and then trying to get it back again.
For example, after pairing Adesso keyboard with iPhone, it was impossible to get it to pair again with the iPad. It would give me a prompt expecting some passcode and nothing would work (this is behavior like in my first replies here). Did Semi-Restore/#136 again on iPad. Now when I pair the magic mouse first, and then add Adesso after, I get the 6-number passkey to type on the iPad as I'm expecting, not the empty one like before.
It seems like to get a combo keyboard/trackpad to work, this is the easiest way. Get a separate BT mouse (even just temporarily), pair it, then pair the combo trackpad/keyboard, then the trackpad will also work.
This is good enough for me, I am going to dedicate the Adesso to the iPad and not ever repair it with other computers, so I don't break the connection again.
That's the last test for me for awhile! The new features (are they new?) to click to awake the screen, use mouse to unlock device is all great. It means you can really keep a remote access to iDevice if you are connected to a monitor too.

Posted on Mar 31, 2014 by Quick OxI never got it to work in the old version of BTC with my Magic Mouse. Likewise with the latest version. I guess it has something to do with touch scrolling. I'm old school so it does not bother me at all. I have scrolling disable on my Mac Air hooked up to the Apple Display.

Posted on Mar 31, 2014 by Swift OxI still don't see how installing / trying BTstack Mouse helps with BTC Mouse & Trackpad.
Magic Trackpad: I've fixed the crash of the Bluetooth server on connect. It worked once but then didn't the next time. It won't take that long. Please email me for refunds (it's easy within 4 weeks of purchase).
Magic Mouse: no gestures or scrolling are supported yet.

Posted on Mar 31, 2014 by Quick OxI don't either understand way, on my iPad Retina, I need BT Mouse. But for some weird reason I need it. If I remove it the mouse pointer and function is lost. To get it working again I have to follow my steps all over.
I found one problem which I been able to work out. If I turn off my Brydge keyboard/speaker. I have to make sure that BT M&T is connected and working, before I connect the keyboard and the speaker. If I don't follow these steps, the keys repeat when I press them!
Anyway, right now BT M&T is working like a dream with my Brydge keyboard/speaker.
PS: it was cool flying from LAX to Chicago Saturday and using a mouse with an iPad. I was asked 4 times how I was able to do that!

Posted on Mar 31, 2014 by Grumpy KangarooMatthias, I also concur with #181. BTstack mouse is only way it works with btw mouse and trackpad. I have since ran into issues uninstalling it after i got everything working so I'm just leaving it installed with BTC. I will report another issue. I use anker BT keyboard and for what ever reason sometimes your app makes BT keyboard go crazy. basically u can't control what your typing and letters don't stop scrolling across the screen. After uninstalling and reinstalling apps and keyboard its seems stable for now.i finally back to normal but there are quite few kinks that deff need to sorted out with BTC.

Posted on Mar 31, 2014 by Quick OxIt seem that connecting BT M&T first and then the keyboard and finally the other BT devices has stopping the problem with keys repeating themselves while typing. I have tested it the whole day and none of the keys have repeated. Hope this helps.
Likewise, my iPad Retina with 7.0.6 needs to have BT Mouse installed to the mouse to be visible and working.
Anyway, my son-in-law told be yesterday that what Matthias was able to pull off, shows that he's in the top ten of all iOS app deveplors in the world.

Posted on Apr 1, 2014 by Grumpy KangarooOne more thing to note: Not sure if related to but ever since I update to BTC and BT mouse and track pad my wifi connection has started to suddenly stop working for no apparent reasoning. Im not sure if its related but never had issue before with wifi and bluetooth running at same time. I sometimes have to disconnect and reconnect for wifi to come back. Anyone else see this after install the BT App suites???

Posted on Apr 1, 2014 by Quick OxI havent seen this problem with either my wi-fi and my Verizon 4G service, Try the order of connecting the mouse and then the w-fi. I notice that I have to connect my mouse and then my keyboard, to I do not get repeating keys. Maybe try first connect the mouse, then the other BT devices and last starting your wi-fi.

Posted on Apr 2, 2014 by Happy OxI have an iPad Mini and couldn't get anything to connect or be discovered with just BTC installed. I installed BT Stack and could then see it, pair to it, and then use the mouse. However after a short while, the cursor froze. I've tried two different mice as well, same result.

Posted on Apr 6, 2014 by Helpful ElephantHi,
Great app!
But i have noticed some connection problems and irregularities .
I am having trouble using it in conjunction with the Logitech ultra thin keyboard.
When I have the mouse connected by itself its works great, but with the keyboard also connected it becomes jumpy and irregular.
This is really obvious when using apps like Jump Remote Desktop.
So much so that it becomes useless unless i disable the keyboard which is not really an option.
Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
Thanks

Posted on Apr 6, 2014 by Quick OxI get into the same problem, it seems after 4 to 5 days.
I disconnect all my BT devices, I use three of them all the time, Apple Magic Mouse, Brydge keyboard, and Brydge speaker.
I turn off Bluetooth on my iPad.
I rerun iCleaner.
I'm always surprise the amount of junk files that iCleaner removes. It seems that standard and jailbreak apps leave behind allot of junk after closing the apps. It seems some of these junk files could be from BT M&T!
After a cleaning, I turn on my bluetooth on the iPad.
Connect first the mouse, keyboard and finally the speaker.
Last point, I'm not running any other jailbreak apps beside BT Slack, BT M&T, and iCleaner. It seems all the other jail break apps cause trouble!

Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Helpful WombatWith the new update of bluetooth companion, will I be able to uninstall bt stack and still have a mouse or no?
Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Quick OxI first install it and the mouse was not shown. So I did the following:
- Uninstall all apps for the mouse, BT Stack & BTC Mouse & Trackpad.
- Ran iCleaner. Surprise that it removed 1.1gb of files!!! Again, that when apps arre uninstall, either jailbreak or not, allot of junk is left behind.
- Install BTC Mouse & Trackpad from Cydia.
- Connected first the mouse. Bang! Showed up right away.
- Then connected the rest of my BT hardware.
It's running without BT Stack and it seems very well behave. Later, I start adding a few more jailbreak apps. One at a time and make sure that everything works nicely together.

Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Helpful WombatDomingo1, I uninstalled all app, ran I cleaner but btstack still shows up in settings. Can you tell me what tweak to delete so I don't screw up cydia? I looked an cydia and it shows I don't have btstack installed.
Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Quick OxOn the Cydia "Install" page, make sure to have "Simple" (located on the upper right corner) on, any apps that under its name has "(Tweaks)" or "(Utilities)" you can remove. Do not remove and apps that under its name has "(System)", "(Packaging)" or "(Repositories)".
Then rerun iCleaner again.

Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Helpful WombatRemoved btstack from setting. Ran I cleaner followed your steps but no mouse. It pairs and says connected but no mouse pointer.

Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Quick OxMake sure to remove all the app that has anything to do with the mouse. The old BTC Mouse & Trackpad (BTC M&T), Bluetooth Companion (BC), etc.
Then re-install, on a clean machine, BTC M&T. When you reinstall BTC M&T is will pull down the latest updated copy of BC and it will install it.
I think the error of allot of us, me included, was that we download the updated BC and installed it after just removing BT Stack. I guess that's the reason the mouse pointer does not show up.

Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Helpful WombatWhat if one of the apps that has tweak next to it ask you to either force remove it or cancel? The app if believe is called sed.

Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Helpful WombatDomingo1, some of the apps that says either tweak or utilities ask me to force remove it or cancel, what should I do? I don't want to screw up cydia.
Posted on Apr 7, 2014 by Quick OxA word of advice, write down the name of all the apps that you are going to remove. So you have the names, after BT M&T is working, you can reinstall those apps.
Then follow what I did to install BT M&T on a clean machine, with only Cydia & iCleaner installed.
I am now in the process of reinstalling all my apps one at a time. I have not found any of them, so far 3 out of 5 jailbreak apps, causing any problem. Esp. the keys repeating!
I know, it's allot of steps. But, at the end you have a sable iPad/iPhone with all the jailbreak apps/tweaks behaving.
