iPad keeps freezing

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Opening the Application 2. Connecting the keyboard to the iPad 3. Pressing a key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? It is supposed to type, but it freezes instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? iOS 6.1, latest version.
