Could you post a packet log for a connection attempt? See https://btstack.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/69548-how-to-get-btstack-communication-log

Posted on Feb 12, 2013 by Helpful Horsethe problem solved itself when i tried to pair it with a ps3, the device got recognised, and mouse and keyboard showed, then i tryed to pair it again with the notebook and it worked ( got paires and showed mouse), this made me feel crazy so i deleted both profiles (ps3 and notebook) on webe++, deleted btstack (and with it webe++) rebooted the device, installed again webe++(and with it btstack) and tried again to pair it only with my notebook, it still didn't work (paired successfully but didn't show the mouse), so again i paired with my ps3 (paired successfully and showing the mouse) after that my notebook could successfully pair with webe++ (showing the mouse); it was a few days ago, if i have time i'll try to post a log about the issue, thanks for the time (a happy costumer) greetings
