blacktree-quicksilver - issue #325

Custom Trigger loses arrow on checkbox

Posted on Feb 28, 2010 by Grumpy Horse

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create an applescript to show/hide mail.app preview pane. 2. Rescan catalogue in Quicksilver to see script 3. Go to triggers. Click + and find script to Open. Action is run. In info box set a hot key and activate on press only. Click checkbox in main triggers window to activate.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Using the hot key will show/hide Preview Pane in mail.app

Instead, nothing happens.

I have to go Quicksilver and recheck activate box. Then it works, but activation does not stick. It does not crash Quicksilver but it is annoying to have to open triggers preferences and check the box. This check must be done when Mail.app is not open.

What version of the product (including Quicksilver version, AND the module version related to the buggy functionality if appropriate) are you using? On what operating system? ß57 (3840)

Mac OS X 10.6.2 (10C540)

Please provide any additional information below, and please attach the corresponding crash log under ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter if your problem ends this way.

I had the same problem at my end and solved it by upgrading to B58
