Use placeholder values for all server info fields instead of default values

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a New Server 2. Tap on Name or Address Field

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? For the most "Mac-Like" behavior, the text for "New Server" or "localhost" should disappear. Having to backspace over it is not intuitive.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 0.2 on iPhone

Those values aren't actually placeholder values in the sense you're thinking. They're the default values filled in when a new server is created. So I'm changing this defect to be a request to use placeholders instead of default values.
