JQuery UI version is released, can you please let me know the probable release timelines for this autocompleter...I am also looking forward to it.

It would be great if you can add a example in the existing showcase app.

currently jQuery UI 1.8 is not final, but you can use the existing SNAPSHOT from Maven Repository.

In the SNAPSHOT Showcase you can find 3 new example how to work with Autocompleter.
