protobuf-dt - issue #194

Implement ability to navigate to model object given its qualified name and file path.

To enable integration with CDT and JDT in the near future (that is, navigate to a .proto element from Java o C++ generated code) it is necessary that the proto editor provides a way to navigate to a proto element given its qualified name and file path. CDT and JDT bridge plug-ins would take care of figuring out these parameters from generated code.
