LWJGL GLSL raycaster

I ported a GLSL raycaster over to LWJGL and made some major improvements. It doesn't do alpha rendering, but it does allow for a lot of objects in the scene. I tested with 70 objects at ~40 fps. Included object is 256x256x225.
