Handle office process exiting with code 81 in OpenOffice.org 3.3.0

Something has changed in OpenOffice.org 3.3.0; the process cannot be started as before, it dies soon after launching it.

Might be related to creating a new UserInstallation.

After looking at the 'soffice' wrapper script on Linux and doing some tests, it appears that when called with a new -env:UserInstallation path, soffice.bin just creates the new installation and exits with code 81. The wrapper script takes care of executing soffice.bin again. How annoying...

Consistently with the previous comment, this issue does not occur when setting a templateProfileDir, because in that case the profile/UserInstallation dir already exists when starting soffice.bin.

Added a command line option for it as issue #85 so the command line tool can be used with OOo/LibO 3.3.
