It's so far the best product I found for that purpose (getting rid of IM). Although I dont have any Problem exporting a single Database, I can't make it work to export a complete directory :-(

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. I fill in the directory (IDENTITY\MessageStore) 2. Attachements Directory is completed automatically and correct 3. IM Database Information is not filled in though

As written in another Issue, I moved the deleted folder and renamed all non-char names befor starting it.

Instantly I get a Win Error Message, telling me Reynard IM Converter.exe is no longer working...

This is ... using 0.53
