The issue 48 is not completely fixed in the version 1.0.279:

In the version v1.0.279 the Picture Parameter Set (PPS) is now correctly send in a single packet with the nal-type =8 (Good ...). But after SPS and PPS packets, the next frame has not the right nal_type: nal_type expected = 5 (an IDR picture is expected) nal-type observed =1. Note that there is no IDR picture send by the IMSDroid client so the receiver (Linephone) is not able to display good video but only some pictures.

Could you please test the pre-release version (http://imsdroid.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/debug/imsdroid-1.0.pre.apk). I have tested this version against Bria CounterPath and all seem OK. I have installed Linphone on my PC (Vista) and it crash at start up.

This version also resolve the H264 delay issue.
