Cross-Browser CSS Reset

ChaoSS is designed to provide a complete set of styles that will "reset" all browsers to a similar base style.

By creating a unifying framework to build stylesheets upon, many of the problems with cross-browser styles can be reduced or prevented.

ChaoSS is currently in beta and is known to not work with IE6
