模版缓存问题

当后台设置缓存为已禁用时，修改主模版，还是需要清空缓存。 如： 修改 index.ftl 缓存没有清空，但是修改 index.ftl 中 include 的页面 side.ftl 则生效。

嗯，这是缓存管理插件的一个 Bug。
