Agile: The Board Game

This board game can be used to learn Agile values and principles and get practice with Agile Projects. The game starts with a product overview and the goal is to complete the project providing to your customer the maximum value. Change requests and risks are just beyond the corner...

This board game can be played physically printing rules and cards or virtually on a web site for tablets (in the future).

All news about it can be found on my blog - http://isolasoftware.it/tag/board-game/

Improvements for the next version (0.2): * Divide the product deck by difficulty levels: easy, medium and hard. It's much more easy to build an airplane instead of a chocolate firm. * Before staring explain the limits of the games against SCRUM (example: in the game the number of sprint are fixed, in SCRUM not). * Remember to setup two areas in the room: the Team area with seats and a table to build lego and the Meetings area with just the table and the boardgame and without seats. This helps to separate the phases of the game, otherwise may happen that some member of the team continue to build the lego during the meeting.
