Joystick count still increases when the basic settings page is reloaded.

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Change profiles or create a new profile.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Joystick count still increases when the basic settings page is reloaded and the joysticks get duplicated in the joystick drop down.
