What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Enable kvasdopager.
- Start doing something, e.g. browsing the web.
- After some time if not immediately the mouse pointer movement will become jerky/jumpy.
- Disable kvasdopager the jumpiness goes away immediately.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smooth mouse pointer movement vs. jumpy mouse pointer movement.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
It doesn't say, probably 2010.07.26 version. vwKvasdoPager.exe size 69,632 bytes, vwKvasdoPagerBandWin32.dll 102,400 bytes, vwKvasdoPagerBandx64.dll 117,760 bytes.
Running under Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 32 bits.
Please provide any additional information below.
It's not the mouse (driver) issue, tried with three different ones.

Posted on Mar 25, 2012 by Quick HippoI see something very similar on Windows XP. Every time I do anything that accesses the file system, the mouse pointer motion becomes very jerky. It seems that something is eating 80% of the mouse events for about 10 to 15 seconds every time I open a directory. I am using the latest versions of Virtuawin and kvasdo pager. I do not see this on the Win 7 machine.

Posted on Apr 3, 2012 by Swift CatI see the same behaviour in Windows 7: enabling kvasdopager and the mouse gets very jumpy, diabling kvasdopager makes ist smooth again. Funny enough, I had the same setup working for the last year or so and I like kvasdopager very much and would like to continue using it.
One other observation: on my system, a service from PGP Desktop, PGPtray.exe is also running. Disabling that and continuing kvasdopager, the mouse stays smooth. So at least in my case, it looks like it is an interaction between kvasdopager and PGP Desktop.

Posted on Aug 8, 2012 by Happy BirdI believe this is the same bug as Issue 34. The trick we're using to support changing desktop with the mouse wheel is causing slow down.
I posted a patch on Issue 34 but it never got in.
Posting here again with a build for testing. If you're affected by this please try this version and see it helps.
The changed is part of vwKvasdoPager.exe so be sure to replace that and not just the DLL.

Posted on Oct 31, 2012 by Happy RabbitYes I noticed that unusable usage of the jerky mouse as soon as I started VirtualBox virtual machines, in my Windows 2008R2 VirtualBox Hypervisor. With this patched package: vwkvasdopager-issue34-build-2.zip all is working smoothly now
So many thanks to alexandre.jasmin for this patch

Posted on Dec 24, 2013 by Happy MonkeyThis problem started happening to me as well after I purchased the USB 3900 from plugable to use with my microsoft surface 2. After removing the older kvasdopager and installing the new *-issue34-build-2.zip it worked perfectly.
Thank you alexandre.jasmin!!
