What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Configure "show Bookmarks at start" in USP and reload the plugins. 2. Plug an USB memory key and wait being recognized. 3. Open USP menu and check that the places panel doesn't show the plugged USB device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect that the panel shows the plugged USB device.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Ubuntu 9.04 + USP 2.0-SVN

Please provide any additional information below. When "show Bookmarks at start" isn't enabled, the devices plugged are showed but occasionally disappear and the Bookmarks tends to disappear too.

There is a known bug in the bookmarks section where it blanks out. I suspect this is part of that problem. I think I need to re-look at this whole plugin as I've never been happy with the gnomevfs code.
