But it's not fixed lol

I changed my system location to USA for Country Code 1 (Before Change it I use a CC 0 which means Korea).

I launched the Client by this settings

start /wait bin32\aion.bin -cc:1 -noauthgg -noweb -lang:enu -ingameshop -nowebshop -ip:OOPS

and I tried to teleport to other locations.. aah it isn't work... please fix it for all users..
