Support for Fast Server Switch

Currently, to switch from one server to another, one has to disconnect, select the new profile, and click connect again.

My proposal is to keep from disabling the profile selection dropdown when tdn is connected to a server. When a new profile is selected, would disconnect and then connect automatically.
