tongue-tied - issue #11

After login the css file appears

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start the server 2. go to login page and login 3. sometimes the user is redirected to the css file (This appears to be happening spuriously and may have been solved by using "forward" rather than "redirect" for page views)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? The first page of the application

By upgrading the dependencies and a few tweeks around the security feature, I think this issue has been solved. See TT-20
