OSDPositionSetup system plugin not accessible

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. FTP to STB shows plugin exists in system plugins. 2. OSC position setup does not appear in menus anywhere. 3. OSD 3D setup does show in menu and operates.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? - No output is generated as the plugin cannot be accessed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? - OpenAR-P_OE2.0_211_alien_epl3-git-14-04-13_v2013-03-31-31-g994c8c4

Please provide any additional information below. - STB is Alien SHD8900
