Cannot install all plugins

Hello i cannot install all plugins in new open ar-p build https://tdt-amiko.googlecode.com/files/OpenAR-P_OE2.0_211_alien_epl3-git-08-04-13_v2013-03-31-25-g6fbce32.zip Please help.
