What steps will reproduce the problem? May be be the issue is related to my System, but here is the steps 1. Add "Proxy Switchy" to Chorme 2. Configured multiple proxies and all work fine 3. Close Chrome and Reopen again 4. "Proxy Switchy" icon at the top right corner removed.

What is the expected output? "Proxy Switchy" icon at the top-right corner.

What do you see instead? No icon for switching proxy in the top-right corner after re-opening Chrome browser.

After colsing and opening browser it is showing page can't be displayed which means it is uninstalled.
