What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Install Windows 7 2. Install StExBar 3. Specify a custom application with custom icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? You should see your specified icon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Windows 7. StExBar 1.8.4.847

Please provide any additional information below. It has probably something to do with rights. I tried making the icon completly public. Also added " around the icon filename as I though It might be related to spaces in the filename. Did not help either.
