What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Installed StexBar 64-bit v1.8.3 on Windows XP Pro64 SP3 and worked perfectly and was not greyed out. 2.Helpdesk tried to different webpage problem by 'resetting' the 32-bit Internet-exporer v8 to original-defaults. 3.After teh IE8 reset, StexBar is now greyed-out in explorer and is not shown as addon in 32-bit IE8 -- and shortcuts to StexBar are no longer interpreted by StexBar -- they go to Windows explorer. 4.I tried uninstalling 64-bit StexBar, then installed 32-bit StexBar -- now shows as add-on in IE8, but not in Windows explorer. 5.I then installed the 64-bit StexBar with the 32-bit installed -- still see StexBar in IE8 and now see in Windows explorer, but greyed-out and not working. If I rt-click a file, I can see Stex menu and some 'built-in' features work (like console), but the StexBar shortcut commands added to StexBar do not function due to paths. 6.Can no longer use StexBar.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
