What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I had installed the stexbar and it was working great for a while. I noticed this AM that it was no longer visible in explorer and the option is greyed out in view->toolbars. No other toolbars to enable (per other reports' suggestions that enabling other bars might "fix" this one).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Windows 7 (Ver. 6.1, Build 7601, SP1)

Want to add, I already had Internet Options/Advanced/Browsing/Enable third-party browser extensions enabled (by default) - the bar option is greyed out despite this being checked. I've rebooted.
