rainmeter - issue #88

Make it possible to open the RainThemes from the context menu.

Currently the RainThemes must be opened from the Windows Start Menu which isn't always very practical. It would be better if the Rainmeter's context menu had a link to it.

Might we add a Themes context menu item that checks the Themes folder and lets you change themes from the menu?
