In Windows2000(sp4), the libraries required for Rainmeter is not installed with the current installer(0.14.1). This is because there is no "HeapSetInformation" required for execution of INSTALL.EXE for installing the libraries. In order to solve this, the user has to install the following updates further.

If it is possible, I expect the improvement of the installation work. However, it is required that the user itself should install manually like GDI+ in Windows2000. (In that case, we have to add the link to the libraries to a HELP file.)

Apparently, this issue was solved by r86.
