Posted on Apr 5, 2009 by Grumpy BirdOk, this what I know so far.
HUD Visioin is a project by Mepu, and he can be found her: http://mepu.deviantart.com/art/HUD-Vision-84457514
Now this also looks like 2 different configs 1.) Weather 2.) Infosystem
Now for the first response; No I have not seen the errors listed here.
My question: Are you using HUD Vision 1.9 or the new 2.0?
I just inspected the The weather.ini, and found that there is no discrepancy in the code characterization (and it works on my system) Also the infosystem.ini works as well.
I am going to suggest, although I maybe wrong, that the WebParser.dll, maybe corrupted. Or Are you using a firewall?
I could be way off, but these are the first places I would suggest looking. It looks as though the webparser is hanging as it attempts to access the internet.

Posted on Apr 5, 2009 by Quick WombatUnder the measure using the WebParser, add the following variable:
Debug=2
Then, refresh the config. You'll find a file at C:\WebParserDump.txt, which, as the name implies, will give you any and all data retrieved from the source. This should give you a good idea of whether the problem is in the code or the connection.

Posted on Apr 5, 2009 by Grumpy BirdNice. Thanks Kaelri
It goes to tell you how little I know.
I will have to remember this. Any guesses as to what DeBug program is being used?
Would like to know for the documentation

Posted on Apr 6, 2009 by Quick Rhino"error: 12029" means that communication was blocked by some programs. Probably a firewall may be the cause.
