Make Images repeat instead of stretch

Make it possible to make an image repeat instead of stretch.

For example, I do a image meter, the image I use is 500pixels wide and the meter is set to WorkAreaWidth it would be great it it was possible to make the image repeat up to the max width instead of stretching

This is already implemented as of version 1.4: add "Tile=1" to your image meter.
