What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Create a calendar with recurring events 2. Add GCal Reader to desktop 3. Events from many years in the future will be displayed before events of tomorrow if they are recurring.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect to see tomorrows events, not events from 2012, 2038 and such
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Rainmeter 1.1 on Windows Vista SP1
Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is a related to some config option attaching a example is always a good idea. Try to keep it as simple as possible and make sure that it is a fully working Rainmeter config (i.e. it includes all graphics too).

Posted on Nov 8, 2009 by Massive OxI found that if I modify the gcal-reader.ini page and replace line 35 with this : "Url=#GoogleCalendar#/full?futureevents=true&orderby=starttime&max-results=3&singleevents=true&sortorder=ascending" I am able to get the desired effect. It appears that what is really needed is the singleevents=true which, if not set, causes orderby=starttime not to work correctly. This seems to be listed as a bug with the GCal API as well.
