What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Select Begin Download 2.Open Save Directory, Press OK 3.Nothing happens and asked to select Begin Download again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect the download to start, nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? V3 - Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below. Try to select the file to use, nothing happens when i have selected which folder to save too.

Greetings, I think I am having the same issue: I click on "Begin Download," and i get a window that pops up asking for the directory, I choose the location, I click, "OK", but then ... nothing. I am brought back to the main window, with the "Begin Download" button still highlighted (active)...
