ITK memory leak on Vista 64-bit

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Build 32-bit application with 32-bit ITK 3.14.0

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Observed that memory is leaking during beamlet calc (w/ pyramid) Change to ITK to not use multi-threading seems to help

It seems like there is no leak on Windows 7 64-bit with ITK 4.3.1

After testing with ITK 4.3.1 with no multi-threading, the memory leak seems to not happen.
