It seems that the code which added support for overriding DSHGROUP_PATH at configure is broken.

1. The default is /etc/dshgroup and should be /etc/dsh
2. The default is incorrect in config/ac_dshgroup.m4
3. If running configure with just --with-dshgroup, the default becomes CONFIG_DSHGROUP=yes

Default should be /etc/dsh/group, not just /etc/dsh
