parsets - issue #43

Crashing on Open

Posted on May 4, 2012 by Happy Hippo

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Running the program

I would expect the program to run. I have downloaded and reinstalled twice, and have sent the crash reports.

"Fatal Error Occurred"

I'm running from the latest executable.

Not really much additional info to give. I download, install, click the desktop shortcut icon, and get the error window. See attached screenshot.

Tks, Jeff

Curious why there are no responses to this yet. Is there anybody out there?

If you are using Windows 7, try to open it with: "run as administrator" option.
