openjpeg - issue #51

jp3d/libjp3dvm/openjpeg.h should be renamed in the svn repo

There can be a conflict with openjpeg.h in libopenjpeg/ The current autotools and the cmake installation rename it as openjpeg3d.h. It is better to rename it directly in svn
